Cancel a monitorable
POST/v1/monitorables/:monitorableId/cancel
Cancel a monitorable. Accepts an optional cancelAt date (defaults to the end of the current month, or the end of the next month if fewer than 24 hours remain in the current month; minimum 24 hours from now, maximum 1 month). Active system statuses will be expired and future system statuses will be deleted when the cancellation executes.
